Mr. Burhannudin Ali Hussain Maksi Wala, is a Founder of the Firm. He has immense knowledge and over 4 years of experience in corporate legal, secretarial, corporate restructuring, capital Market, listing regulation, Stock Exchange compliances and consultancy. 

His polite nature and team building ability make him as moral fiber of the firm. 

He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). 

He has associated with a Practicing Company Secretary Firm over the years, where he gained knowledge and practical arena of compliance and corporate management.
